  Who We Are:
     For those of you who dont know, Mt. State Monster Garage is a youth wrestling club located in Culloden WV.  Monster Garage was the dream and vision of Coach Todd Grass, when there was nowhere locally for advanced youth wrestlers to work out, Todd created a place.  Now in its 3rd year Monster Garage has become the training home for kids from Nitro, Milton, Culloden, St. Albans, Pt. Pleasant, Ripley, and Hurricane.  We have wresters from all over WV and other states stop by for work outs from time to time, and special coaches stop in for some instruction time on a regular basis.  The Monster Garage team has grown in its 3 years, from "the founding four" to the numerous kids who dropped sweat on the mat last year.  We appreciate the support from the wrestling community, and in return we give back, having our wrestlers help to teach and mold younger wrestlers into wrestlers who strive to be the best they can be, and love the sport.

2009 Ohio Tournament of Champions

Congratulations to Jordan Allen and Logan Grass for their performances at the tournament of champions.  Allen finished 5th in a tough bracket, and Grass will forever be in the TOC books for winning his second tournament of champions event.  Great job boys and congratulations to both of you on the outstanding year you have both had.

2009 WV  Jr. State Tournament

Congratulations to all of the Monster Garage wrestlers for their results at the 2009 WV Jr. State Wrestling Tournament.   Monster Garage had 5 first place winners including Devin Stapleton (2x state champion), Jordan Allen (4x state champion), Logan Grass (5x state champion), Jarad Simpkins and Nick Boone;  2nd place finishers were Lucas Simpkins (6x state champion), Bobby Mitchell, Hunter Porter (1x state champion) and Mason White; 3rd place finishers were Dustin Yoakum and Justin Leggett; 4th place finisher was Nate Fallon; and 5th place finisher was Josh Miller.  Monster Garage would also like to congratulate Milton wrestlers Jeremy Waugh who won first place and Sammy Holton who finished fourth! Great job boys!
